When you sign up for ScoutWeekly, we collect your name, email address, school name, sport, and game schedule information. We use this to generate and deliver your weekly scouting reports.

How we use your information

• Generate AI-powered scouting reports on your upcoming opponents
• Deliver those reports to your email every Sunday morning
• Process payments via Stripe (we never store your card details)
• Send occasional product updates or feature announcements

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not share your email with advertisers
• We do not store payment card numbers (Stripe handles all billing)

Data sources

Scouting reports are generated using publicly available information — state athletic association records, MaxPreps stats, local news coverage, and other open sources. We do not purchase private data or collect information from closed databases.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate ScoutWeekly:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies and security standards.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any report email. To request deletion of your account and data, email us at hello@scoutweekly.com.
