What ScoutWeekly is

ScoutWeekly is an AI-powered scouting report service for high school coaches. Reports are generated using publicly available information — state association records, published game stats, local news, and similar open sources. Reports are meant to supplement a coach's own preparation, not replace it.

Accuracy disclaimer

ScoutWeekly reports are generated automatically from public data. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that all statistics, records, or player information are current or complete. Scouting reports are informational only. We are not responsible for game outcomes, coaching decisions, or any consequences arising from the use of our reports.

Your account

• You must provide accurate school and schedule information to receive useful reports
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account is intended for one coaching staff

Billing

ScoutWeekly offers a free first report. After that, the Coach Pro plan is $29/month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — your access continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute ScoutWeekly reports to other schools or coaches
• Use our service to scrape, reverse-engineer, or replicate our AI pipeline
• Submit false school or schedule information

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hello@scoutweekly.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScoutWeekly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
